Full Suite Solutions is seeking an Administrative Associate who will support a small customer registry center. Job includes but not limited to the receiving and shipping of classified and unclassified packages. Packages will vary from single envelope to boxes weighing up 10 lbs.  Will send and receive classified mail through customer classified “pouching” system.

Primary responsibility of this position is opening and closing of case files under the information review and release programs: Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and the Executive Order Mandatory Review.   Knowledge of and experience in case management work and electronic cases is desirable.  This includes opening and closing of case preparation and mailing of final notification of processed packages to end users.  Attention to detail is a must.  Additionally this position will support the litigation unit by assembling the final packages and ensuring all documentation is correct and that no classified material is inadvertently assembled and mailed.

The candidate also shall perform duties of a data transfer officer (DTO) primarily running virus scans on portable media.  This role could also include moving records loaded on portable media, such as compact discs, DVD-ROMs, flash drives, etc., to the customer's automated systems as well as transferring declassified records from the customer's automated systems to portable media or to the customer's public website.  The candidate will be given customer-mandated training to full-fill the duties of DTO and be expected to comply with the customer's regulations governing these electronic media transactions.
Other duties include supporting various customers’ needs by sending unclassified mail, send and receive both classified and unclassified faxes, sort incoming mail.
Hours of operation are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.

Minimum Required Skills/Experience: 
·  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Contractors and Customer management
·  Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a team member sharing information and knowledge with the team
·  Attention to detail is a must to ensure case files are opened properly, correctly identified and updated in a timely manner.
·  Must be able to adapt to a fast paced office environment and be able to quickly understand the processes and requirements of each access program.  
·  Ability to become familiar with the various information review and release automated systems in the performance of their tasks
·  Must have an understanding of security requirements and be able to adhere to them
·  Strong Customer service skills
·  Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
·  Ability to rapidly master overall production workflow
·  Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities
·  Must have the ability to communicate in a professional manner and to support daily interaction with customer, senior management, and other contractors
·  Ability to work in a team environment and get along well with people at all levels.
·  Scanning experience a plus
·  Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. 
U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with Poly Required (Must be Crossover Eligible)
Desired Skills/Experience: 
·  Knowledge of customer databases preferred
·  Working knowledge of customer systems preferred
·  Previous registry experience is desirable
·  Working knowledge of classified mailing system is preferred
·  DTO experience preferred

Education: High School or equivalent with 2 plus years of experience
