Mandatory Skill Requirements: 
1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or understanding of Sponsor's partners computer networks, systems security policy and regulations.
2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience troubleshooting and problem solving both technical and non-technical issues (e.g. equipment, systems, networks, computer operations, etc).
3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with systems installation and configuration support for Windows servers and server administration and optimization.
4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience configuring server technologies including Apache Web Server and Tomcat.
5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience installing, supporting, and monitoring server technologies including, but not limited to, Apache Web Server, Microsoft Internet Information Server, and Apache Tomcat.
6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience creating and modifying scripts (PERL, PHP or Powershell) to support Windows System Administration, Database Administration, Web Server Administration, and Application Server Administration tasks.
7. Demonstrated on-the-job experience administering MySQL and MS SQL databases. Including performance tuning, backup and recovery, database security and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
8. Demonstrated on-the-job experience in analyzing requirements and identifying technical solutions.
9. Demonstrated on-the-job experience supporting web technologies and standards including, but not limited to, PHP, XML, AJAX and JavaScript.

Desired, but Not Mandatory Skills: 
1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with DNS, including supporting DNS configuration tasks and managing DNS requests.
2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience supporting web technologies and standards including, but not limited to, JSP, PERL, ASP, and XHTML.
3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or knowledge of developing in JOOMLA.
4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience supporting web, multimedia, and database solutions.
5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or familiarity with the Sponsors security regulations and policies regarding information security, and security approvals.
6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Amazon Web Services.
7. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or detailed understanding of current and future technology trends.
8. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Sponsor project life cycle and acquisition process.
9. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with network architecture design.
10. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or familiarity with Customers key COTS products in use: Adobe Connect, Blackboard, Qualtrics.
11. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or understanding of digital video formats.
12. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or understanding of video codecs.
13. Demonstrated on-the-job experience effectively understanding and communicating orally, in writing, and inter-personally to various customers/audiences.
