Web Developer (MUST HAVE Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph)

Mandatory Skill Requirements: 
1)  Demonstrated experience managing or performing software engineering activities, demonstrated experience working with SQL, and third/fourth generation languages in the design and implementation of systems and using database management systems.
2)  Demonstrated increasing responsibilities in software engineering activities.
3)  Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, knowledge of the Project Management Framework, project management processes and methodologies.
4)  Demonstrated and current development experience with a high level programming language. Microsoft .NET framework using ASP.NET, C# and/or VB.NET is preferred, but candidates with Ruby, Java, or C++ experience will also be considered.
5)  Demonstrated experience in general web development (HTML, javascript, CSS and DHTML).
6)  Demonstrated experience in software development patterns and frameworks.
7)  Demonstrated experience as a developer for SharePoint 2007/2010.
8)  Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Designer2007/2010.
9)  Demonstrated and current development experience with Web services, including SOAP and XML.
10)  Demonstrated experience planning the deployment and configuration of Microsoft SharePoint Solutions.
11)  Demonstrated experience with integration of SharePoint with other Microsoft and related platforms or services.
12)  Demonstrated experience with developing SharePoint custom lists, content types, workflows, InfoPath Forms, views, etc.

Desired, but Not Mandatory Skills: 
1)  Demonstrated experience with the SharePoint Object model (12 and 14).
2)  Demonstrated experience and understanding impacts of coding practices on performance and maintainability.
3)  Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, Silverlight and other front-end technologies a plus.
4)  Demonstrated experience with .Net debugging.
5)  Demonstrated experience with Visual Studio 2008, 2010 and TFS.
6)  Demonstrated experience and understanding of technology trends.
7)  Demonstrated experience with DreamWeaver.
