Mandatory Skill Requirements: 
1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or knowledge in developing, designing, and branding with SharePoint Designer 2010/2013.
2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or knowledge in creating customized workflows in SharePoint Designer 2010 or 2013.
3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with jQuery or javascript.  

Desired, but Not Mandatory Skills: 
1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with workforce planning or workforce analytic skills.
2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience extracting workforce data from the customer system to satisfy requests from various internal and external stakeholders, in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience in querying data across lists and sites.
4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with integration of MS office applications, specifically including SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience or proven familiarity with gathering functional requirements and dealing with both the functional and technical users of a system.
6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience collecting, managing, documenting and improving loosely defined business/operational requirements.
7. Demonstrated on-the-job experience building a set of technical requirements for data reporting, extraction and updating components.
