Mandatory Skill Requirements: 
1)  Minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience supporting cross-organizational stakeholders and processes related to mission and technology.
2)  Demonstrated recent experience supporting organizational development and alignment of roles and responsibilities.
3)  Demonstrated recent experience designing and operating cross-organizational governance processes.
4)  Demonstrated recent experience managing requirements, budget, scheduling, and status of technical programs.
5)  Demonstrated recent experience drafting and reviewing briefings and communications for executive, technical, and mission audiences.
6)  Demonstrated expertise and practical application of web-based knowledge management tools and best practices.
7) Demonstrated recent experience evaluating and developing strategies to streamline knowledge management, communications, and business processes. 

Desired, but Not Mandatory Skills: 
1)  Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
2)  Demonstrated recent experience anticipating customer needs and working independently to address them.
3)  Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings, brainstorming sessions, and consensus-building.
4)  Demonstrated recent experience collaborating with sponsor staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels.
5)  Demonstrated experience with sponsor operational tools and tradecraft.
